No hot or mild salsa. Now it's medium, one size does not fit all people. No fried pickles, REALLY! Changed the fajitas recipe and it didn't come out sizzling. Com'on

Don't get curb side. They never come outto your car. I had to order from my phone while I sat in the to go spot!

Good Bye Chili’s never again. You marketing brought me in. I tried to use the Christmas Bonus E-Card they had expired. Well guess what? Certainly will not buy #giftcards from you ever again.

Waited 40 mins for our food nothing complicated . Then when our food came out my food was cold. Manager was a complete Asshole did nothing to help ! Never again !

Horrible horrible service 20 minutes after ordering chips and they never shoes up! Drinks took 15 minutes and were wrong just go somewhere ; make that anywhere else
