Dumplings: Jiao Zi (Boiled Dumplings)
Small parcels of minced meat or vegetables spiced w/ sesame oil, ginger & soya sauce wrapped in a wheat flour pastry case. Jiao zi are served w/ the ingredients for you to mix your own dumpling sauce: light soya sauce, vinegar, chilli oil & garlic. The traditional chinese sauce is light soya sauce w/ just a dash of vinegar.
