Open 24 hours and the pools are excellent - lots of space to play with kids
3 good sized pools and changing facilities are spacious and private but staff could do with training in customer service. Have stupid system in place where u can't go in prior to 10:30am on Fridays to
Authentic Italian food with a bit disconnected service. The orecchiette with broccoli and italian sausage was awesome though!
Good place for kids and adults (ie. Cafe and seats) but could do with a good clean. Fun in the ball area
Cafe is a great casual spot with excellent views seafood risotto with spinach is a must try!
Big rooms but scenic view isn't that scenic over a construction site. Pool area is fantastic for kids and adults - has a see through glass bottom pool!
Children's play area next to cafe isn't very big or shady. Good little water fountain out the back of the cafe for kids to play in though
Good place to go on a rainy day. Can go touch the sealife like crabs and starfish.
Dumplings up to usual standard but service was disappointing. Couldn't even do hot water properly then forgot to provide tea cups!
Fantastic to see all Aussie wildlife in one place. Well laid out and great use of space.

Views are excellent and very family friendly. Seafood is excellent. Highly recommended restaurant
Very family friendly but the staff could be a lot more attentive. We had to ask for a lot from the staff rather than it being pre-empted. Pizza was very good though
Ramen is good but a little plain. Can never pass having a gyoza and fresh juices are a plus
