- NandiniFebruary 8, 2017Not sure why the ratings here are so low. I'm Indian and great, authentically spiced Indian street food is hard to find. Chutnify nails it.
- Sandra SanchezJuly 25, 2015Quite sad to read all the bad, unfair reviews. This is finally a different Indian! Nice and tasty new dishes. Very good for the price. Definitely recommended!
- Peer JelendorfDecember 12, 2016Don't believe the low ratings - it's likely because Germans aren't used to authentic Indian cuisine. Went here with an Indian colleague - reminded him of his mother's food. A rare gem in berlin!
- Megan AllisonMay 26, 2019This is the only enjoyable Indian food I've found in Berlin. Dosa, coconut chutney, Malabar curry. I never even liked biriyani before I had theirs. They even have Bombay East & a nice tonic 👌💛
- It is so cool to be able to eat an amazing, authentic dosa in Berlin in a very attractive location. The head waiter Asho is super attentive and makes you feel at home.
- eleni paulFebruary 5, 2017Nice dosas and really good Indian street food generally in the middle of Pberg. Really nice place and yummy food!
- Awesome real South Indian restaurant. This is one of the only good indian restaurants in the city. The score here is totally wrong.
- Nikita GorshkovSeptember 22, 2017Interesting, different Indian cuisine, super tasty, friendly service + great cocktails. Haters gonna hate 'cause they can't get their EU approved bland standard chicken tikki masala
- They now do very hot curries - pricier than your regular berlindians but worth it! #schwarf
- Justin ScalziJanuary 18, 2015REJOICE!!! FINALLY an Indian joint to talk about in Berlin! The masala dosai was served with a tasty sambar, chicken curry, coconut and mago chutneys, and salad, all complementing each other.
- Pawel CFebruary 8, 2015Very different from other Indian restaurants in Berlin - big plus for that. Food is solid but not amazing. Classic dosa with potatoes is probably the best. Book a table in advance
- Agnieszka WalorskaDecember 3, 2017My favourite Indian place in Berlin. Not cheap, but the food is really great, very aromatic and they offer some different dishes than the standard chicken tikka masala
- Mohammed GamalNovember 15, 2017Miles away better than 95% of Berlin's indian restaurants. Authentic tatse and spices are not watered down.
- Elin SandbergMarch 13, 2018Very different Indian food. For those who love Indian and want to try something new. Cute interior and friendly staff.
- Rebecca LynchApril 27, 2015Really tasty Indian street food, real spices, flavored & love in the food! Much better than normal Berlin Indian, service could be better but room for improvement!
- Ferenc ErkiDecember 18, 2015This is not your usual Indian restaurant, but definitely worth checking out. They are dog friendly too!
- Lutz LFebruary 19, 2016Great location, great South Indian food. The mixed platter including dosas is definitely a good choice.
- Michal KlofacAugust 19, 2018Somewhat different than the run-of-the-mill European Indian cuisine, but really delicious! They also have a great IPA!
- Izabela RosiakFebruary 4, 2018Had lamb curry, my friend one of dosas. Everything there is ok, but far from exiting. Berlin has problem with real good Indian food and this place does not solve it.
- Melisa ManriqueApril 8, 2017Authentic Indian food such as dosa, idli and great Thalis! Colorful atmosphere :)
- Adrian BalaguerJuly 3, 2016I don't understand the fuss about the bad service. They might not be smiling the complete time but they remain professional and respectful. The food is really tasty. I'll come back whenever possible.
- Leo D.December 11, 2016Limited choice of non-spicy dishes. But still you can find a lot too eat. And try Indian Rum - it is just great.
- This is where the Indian community gather to eat. The food is so good that people will sit outside in the cold rather than go somewhere else
- Alina ChlJanuary 30, 2017Glutenfree options are marked on the menu. In general the food looked better than it tasted. You would expect different spices and interesting flavors but it all kind of tasted the same
- Reshma UnnikrishnanFebruary 18, 2015Different ambience than the other Indian restaurants in Berlin.. You can find spicy chilly on the dish!! But expensive
- Mattias KarlssonOctober 28, 2018Chicken Biryani is really nice! Beware if you’re not into authentic spicing, nothing crazy though.
- Freddie HarrisonFebruary 10, 2016Amazing veggie/vegan dosas, good chutnies to accompany and super friendly service.
- DanitOctober 29, 2017Finally good Indian food in Berlin. I have lived in India for a year and find the food here quite authentic.
- Nando RossiJune 3, 2016What's good here you ask? Not the service. We got here at 10:15pm and got our food at 11pm. Wait staff pays zero attention to customers, I had to beg for my beer, twice. Avoid...
- Philipp BohnMay 11, 2015Great food, different and slightly more expensive than your average Indian, hence to negative comments below maybe?
- _the_sasamosa place .... and wonderful dosas among other south indian dishes
- ChrisJune 12, 2016Nice food, but the service was poor! Given a table with dirty plates still sitting on it. No menus provided on arrival. Water we ordered never arrived. Waited 40 minutes for the mains. Disappointing.
