The lapu-lapu sashimi is so-so.. Never ever try the indian bagel or donut, its not really a donut, but looks like one. Breakfast choices are plenty.

Buffets from Spirals (Sofitel) and Escolta (Manila Penn) are much better. Dont waste your money here at Circles. Prime rib at Escolta is of better quality.
