John StaffordDecember 24, 2019Club members remember to go to the club level for free coffee and living room to hang out for more room. Also balcony and gym are that level.- Super friendly staff except for the valets. Don't forget the club house on the top floor for free coffee & hot tea. There is a turndown service too around 7-730p which is a little surprising.

A great hotel with an excellent location. Rooms are of a high quality and great size.

Jen Nunn-IwaiMay 17, 2011WiFi is poor. Surfing the web & emailing is difficult & slow. No in-room ethernet connection available. WiFi stops working after a couple of hrs, be sure to log in & out to regain connection.
The internet connection on floor 5 are unacceptable. It is slow, it disconnects and times out.

never stay on the ninth floor, wifi is too slow or it doesn't work. eighth floor has the fastest wifi.

Gutes Hotel in perfekter Lage. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, überall sehr sauber.
