    They charged my Sister $25 to install wiper blades. She only went in because of a free faulty airbag issue. $25 is more than a wiper blade costs. This is why repair shops get a bad reputation.

    They have a waiting area with free drinks and wi-fi. You will need them. My routine 5k service and wash took three hours.

    Charles Maund Toyota service techs suck. $400 of damage to my window tinting, twice their techs have cut chunks out of my steering wheel, and this time they even sliced my leather seats. NO RESPECT

    Absolute worst service when buying a new car. Literally was lied to and then they back tracked after I bought the car. Happy with the car, but very unhappy with the service I received. Go elsewhere!

    Buyer beware!! I was sold a car as a certified used vehicle that actually was not. The issue still has not been totally rectified.
