Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee: it is in the forests of the kaffa region that coffee grew wild. the cream of the crop is Ethiopian Yirgacheffe which is virtually unknown by most people, yet still considered by many to be the finest Ethiopian coffee. this intense feeling coffee enhances the palate with its very distinctive floral bouquet, tangy citrus, rich body, pleasingly fragrant aroma, with a smooth mellowness that's unique unto itself.

Nicaragua: el porvenir is a farm owned in the past by the family of dictator somoza. it then went to the contra regime and it was given to a cooperative of 43 families. it is located above 5000 feet and therefore it is a coffee of high altitude varietal with characteristics of the gentle mild Arabica coffee. the farm is part of the rain forest alliance, it is bird friendly and it is certified organic. the water is mountain pure water and the washing process makes the coffee very sound. the cupping gives an aroma which is clean and gentle, it has medium acidity and the cup is full. it is excellent tasting at full city roast and it can be roasted to French color to give full flavor; it is mellow and delicate and has a nutty and chocolaty background with a smoky note of tropical wood in taste.

This is "cerrado" coffee of mountains of 4500 and it comes from seedlings of variedad Colombia. it is a new developed coffee in brazil that is bringing excellent size and full cup with balanced delicate and good gentle flavor.

It comes from high altitude of 5000 plus feet and from volcanic mountains close the the amazon. It is sweet, mellow and aromatic and full-bodied with a subtle smoky note of amazon woods in the taste.
