You can put the second pound on hold until you require it which means you will get fresh beans from the most recent delivery.

Soft and delicate, usually light to medium brown and has a delicate gentle-roasted taste. the beans have a softer flavor with low acidity and are packed with its "origin flavor" stemming from the soil, weather conditions and altitude in which the bean was grown.

Darker and slightly more chocolate-brown than a dark roast, there is more balance to this roast, meaning not too strong and not too soft for your palate. the perfect "in the middle" blend.

Medium Body Flavor, Well-balanced Acidity, Organic and Fair Trade

Dark brown, almost black color, which means the coffee has been roasted at a higher temperature and for a longer period of time.

With a stronger and more intense flavor, dark blends are not as acidic as the other two.a taste of bold without bitterness. taste with caramelized notes.

Decaffeinated coffee has come a long way since its invention in 1903. unfortunately though, some of us are still drinking in the dark ages. You see, most decaffeination processes employ chemical solvents such as methylene chloride or ethyl acetate to strip caffeine molecules from the green coffee bean.

The Swiss water decaf process, uses water from the coast mountains of British Columbia to gently remove the caffeine until the coffee beans are 99.9% caffeine-free, while maintaining the bean's distinctive origin and flavor characteristics. If the decaf you’re consuming has our logo on it, you can be sure that no chemicals were used to remove the caffeine from the coffee.
