Last 2Years very good service but now I'm feel bad
Sebastian PSeptember 14, 2014The service at this hotel is pretty disorganized and that never improved during the years. Really strange because this is the only 5* Hotel in Bangkok with such constant service issues.
Akira TakamatsuJuly 7, 2015素晴らしいホテルだ。ロケーションも大変良い。高級ホテルにふさわしい調度品、部屋も広いし快適。 ジムも豪華でやる気にさせる。高層階にあるプールは開放的で癒しの空間になっている。 滞在中に観光の手配や車の手配などをコンシェルジェに依頼したが、テキパキとなんでもこなしてくれただけでなく、細かい配慮も行き届いていた。
