Lovely hotel, great layout, fantastic rooms and good location. Front of house staff however... Do not come recommended. Certainly not befitting a five-star hotel. Shame.

Walking distance to the heart of Dublin. Staff is knowledgable and amazingly sweet!! Adele at reception and Jerry the concierge were at the ready and made this stay most enjoyable!
