Great hotel with a decent buffet. The location is the most convenient. Walking distance to Big Ben, Trafalgar Sq and Buckingham Palace. They play close attention to your needs.

Upvoted Apr 12- Beautiful, modern hotel. Comfy beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good Diamond treatment. The lounge is very relaxing with great food, and was never too busy during our stay.

Yet an other great Conrad hotel in the hilton chain. Great service and atmosphere in this rather small hotel. As a former Londoner I like the location :-)

Spotless rooms and the water in rooms is free very important for tourist that they are used in their countries were the the water can be consumed freely.
Rooms are really small by Conrad's standards. But the location made up for it, just steps from the St James Underground station.

I simply love this place ...as a guest you really feel pampered here. Yesterday, I found a plate with home made chocolates in my room : welcome to London.
Excellent location, beautiful rooms with almost everything up to 5-star hotel standards, except the service! There staff "tries" but fails to meet expectations, which for a 5-star hotel is a failure.
