Culture of "yes" in all areas of service. Not charging for bottled water, free wifi, great location, daily wine party, excellent beds, great staff, why would you NOT stay here?

Nicely decorated. Good service. Trendy bar & club on premises. Tiniest room I've stayed in in a while. Shower head delivers a laser beam spot of water. Fire alarm went off at 2am.

Great service, great room, and just what I needed. A little small if there was more than one person staying in the room, but I thought it was great!

This Boston hotel is known for the wine tasting it offers, perfect after a day of exploring the city. Ideally located as well--nearby is Copley Square and the Prudential Centre.

We have a beautiful top floor superior queen room with 2 beds. Good size, nicely furnished. Very nice staff.

Need a drink? Known for its super chic design and plush interior, Minibar gets its name from being, well, a mini bar -- right in the middle of the hotel lobby! Read more

Washrooms are on the small side depending on room and don't have counter space. If you use a lot of products to get ready in the AM, then you must ask for a room with a larger bathroom.

Don't let them put you in a room on the second floor. The thumping house music from the club downstairs means you won't sleep until 2am.

We came to check in two nights ago and the civil defense was at the hotel trying to clear the elevator siren. Everyone was freaked out then i cancelled and rent at sheraton next door

Lobby seems like it’s trying too hard to be funky…but quite centrally locates!

Don't stay here if you want to go to sleep before 2am - the music from the club downstairs thumps until then. So obnoxious.

Small rooms, sketchy elevators, no in-room coffee pots and half of the cable channels don't come in but they have free wine every day so you forget that everything else sucks.

Sketchy rooms, unfriendly staff, tiny bathrooms, broken AC and 600$ per night. Such a high price for such a low quality... Never come back again

Nice, but small rooms for the price. For business travelers looking to VPN, the WiFi is spotty at best.
