Excellent downtown location. Quiet. Really nice and helpful staff. Typical expensive urban valet parking situation. The place is in need of a bit refresh. Everything seems a bit worn.

Great hotel, but parking ends up being $20 a day. The girls at the front desk are very nice and helpful!

Liked location. Safe area. Lot of restaurants around. 2 min away from bart station.

Handy access to BART for a 30 minute ride to downtown SF - at half the price of a downtown hotel.

The location is not that good. The front desk clerks are pretty helpful. Rooms are good but the hotel overall is so so.

Sehr freundliches Personal, nur Valet-Parking für 30 $/Tag. Lage ideal um für 4 $ per ÖPNV in ca. 30 Minuten nach #SanFrancisco zu kommen. Würden wieder kommen.
