The bed was so comfortable! I upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi for just $15 more. Well worth it! Everyone was incredibly friendly & helpful. It's a beautiful hotel with an awesome lobby!

Nice room. No complimentary coffee available upon arrival, only for breakfast. No complimentary breakfast either. With the higher-price room, I think breakfast should be included.

Make sure you stay on top floor. The hotel has wooded floors so you will hear all the stomping from above. Room 211 sucks!

If you want to get somewhere in the morning of a snowy day, don't stay here. The plowing service here blows.
