If you're flying in and out of Charlotte, stay here! Staff here is great - particularly Tyler and Zarrach, who are super welcoming.

Young man at check-in was very nice. Used to be a Holiday Inn, but I think they overhauled it pretty good. My room is HUGE and I have free wifi

Decent hotel. Doing some renovations. Hotel bar seemed to not be restocked for weeks.

Terrible terrible customer service! I was told my room key not working at check in was my fault not the hotels. Plenty of other examples as well.
