- Awesome renovations, great location, and the most friendly staff. The affordable price makes it a perfect place to stay for families or business professionals visiting the area!
- Great location in the center of Midtown within walking distance of several independent restaurants and bars. Complimentary shuttle service between 7am and 10:45pm.
- Matthew SadlerApril 26, 2016The property is clean and well maintained but the highlight is the staff. They provide a level of service consistent with a full service hotel. Get to know Joshua at the front.
- Alan BerezinJune 12, 2019Huge pool and the best gym of any hotel I have seen. All precore equipment. Spin bike. Precore recumbent. 3 ellipticals. 4 treadmills. Leg press. Cross cable. Balls. 2 sets of dumbbells.
- Hadn't stayed here in a while. Great to see that they've renovated and gotten this property up to standard. Friendly staff, clean and comfy room, and great fitness facility.
- Newly renovated and very very nice. Go have an adult beverage and an appetizer in the bistro. Great for business travel.
- New rooms, new lobby areas, new theater, new business center, new Terrace, new Market and the new Bistro, introducing Starbucks 24/7 service.
- Despite having a parking garage, only valet service is allowed, at $42/day with in/out "privileges'
- Alison RayJune 11, 2013Amazing staff and service, rooms recently renovated, nice pool and fitness center, great location!
- Finishing renovations. I like the concept. They need more help at the bistro in the a.m. Clean room (small vanity) very friendly staff
- Carrie BevisJune 6, 2016Rooms odor and view aren't the best, but it has a decent cafe and good location for Vanderbilt
- Great hotel ... 1st hotel where I had the privacy sign out and they actually left clean towels and supplies hanging on the door in a bag
- Andy MeadorSeptember 29, 2015Nice, clean room. $270 seemed about $100 too much but all in all a nice hotel.
- Sarah TrimmierDecember 5, 2019It is difficult to get in and out of this location, but the staff is wonderful.
- Parking is a pain, especially when you first get here.
- Katie SmithNovember 15, 2010love this place ask for Jason tell him Michigan rocks he will tell ya where to party.
- Mandie GuyJune 23, 2011Unlike the Holiday inn the courtyard provides breakfast but bring your wallet ! It's not free! And the food is below average.
- JasonMay 9, 2012Hotel is extremely dated. Not very representative of other Courtyard properties. Stay at the one downtown.
- Suzanne BeckmanJuly 12, 2012Don't stay here ... Apparently cockroaches are normal in the summer. Ugh.
