- Christina C.December 29, 2012Justin & Johnny are really nice. Kylee & Ashley are both strong women who are awesome coaches. They'll correct you when you do something wrong & they'll encourage you to finish the WOD.
- Be there early. Burpees are an awesome start before your workout. But 30 of them if you're late is not cool.

- Don't be late to class. 1 burpee penalty for every minute your late!
