The renovation has finished and this is now an excellent place. Nice and big rooms, good amenities, kind and helpful staff. Only breakfast is indeed a bit pricey, even though it's quite good.

Thorsten S.January 16, 2020Nice hotel pretty close to the airport. Breakfast is 35€ without anything special, so if you have the chance, go to the club lounge on 8th floor to have breakfast.

Even though the hotel is going through a renovation of the sleeping rooms, the overall feel is very dated. Formerly a Ramada, this property has a long way to go to live up to Crowne Plaza standards.

Stayed here a year ago, it was pretty common European middle of the road hotel- a bit dirty and dated. But the guest rooms are hugely different now, renovated an very modern and nice, albeit small.
The service from the excellent staff is above and beyond.
Superior double rooms are nice but if traveling solo the superior single rooms have a small sofa and coffee table making them a little more apartment-like
- Excellent hotel restaurant but for an alternative check out the La Giaconda 2 mins walk in the direction d the hotel
Free wifi is ridiculously slow .. Making you pay for decent wifi speeds anno 2013 should be out of the question .. Take pride in offering good service instead of milking customers for cash!
Federica BowmanOctober 14, 2013Still being renovated. Rooms are tiny & can hardly get round the bed. Paid 11CHF for upgraded wifi that promised high speed download & couldn't even open a webpage!hotels too expensive for what it is.
- There's a swimming pool near by - open in the Summer - ask at reception for details.
Christiane LinkMay 19, 2018Not a bad hotel for an airport hotel. Food is very expensive, friendly staff. Bus shuttle is not wheelchair accessible.- Front (road) side of the hotel is much cooler than the back (park) but suffers from quite a bit of road noise.

Quand on réserve une chambre Club, l'accès au lounge est gratuit avec petit déjeuner, boissons et snacks
