steven bertscheApril 20, 2012No ice on floors 9, 10 and 11. Could be more, but gave up and called front desk and they were nice enough to send up some. Also the towels smelled like cigerettes!

Hotel is perfectly fine. Its just... Empty. At least when I went. Rooftop bar is mediocre.
