- Lockers are always clean, cold lemon water at the front desk, friendly staff, spacious (but too many personal training sessions using equipment after work). And the steam room is always broken.
- Yay! Finally a great Zumba instructor at Crunch besides Zuta! Jamie Drye Fab fun class. Of course because he is a sub, usually gives classes with best Zumba instructors in NYC, Z Club NY :0)
- Conrad Greiner-BechertMay 12, 2017Spacious, clean, modern equipment. I like the barbells and the sauna. It's a gym full of affluent, good looking people who can afford to eat well and hire a personal trainer.
- The Ride with Jaclyn Emerick at 7am on Thursdays is the best group cycling class you'll find at Crunch. Maybe NYC. (And she'll share her killer playlist--& take requests.)
- Bonnie HeymanJune 27, 2011Went with my sister with a guest pass and really enjoyed it. The machines are clean and have a tv for each one. The people were helpful. 3 floors for a great workout!
- Gotta sign up for Wed Zumba class early, right when it opens. Or else you have to be at the gym at 6:15pm sharp to get a spot!
- Will be interesting to see how the testosterone-heavy, pain-is-gain ethos melds with the pleasant feel-good atmosphere of the new spot. Will be better when they add and sort new equipment.
- Take Christy's back to back Diesel and Cardio Tai Box on Saturday mornings. It's a great way to start out the weekend and not feel so bad about any following debauchery for the rest of the weekend.
- Only go during the off hours. The gym is beautiful and you will have it to yourself, but during after work hours it's a nightmare and difficult to get in a good workout.
- bert VelazquezDecember 23, 2011Best gym ever, large open space, boxing ring, and great classes with a clean locker room. What more can you ask for......
- Isabel ZhongFebruary 21, 2017Don't leave your personal items outside of locker. My beauty products kept disappearing, could not be found in loss and found bin
- Sharonn ZhengAugust 1, 2016Spectacular amenities with group classes, cleanliness, and friendly staff
- Take Nikki's 'Ultimate Conditioning'--best instructor in the city. The front 3 rows are regulars, so keep towards the back if you're new. Get there early to signup and claim equipment
- Great gym, but bring your own body wash unless you want to smell like a rotisserie chicken when you leave.
- becky whiteJanuary 16, 2015watch how you treat people because karma comes back and the people at this gym did people dirty for no reason at all.if there is a god in heaven they will get what they dished out ten times worst.
- I like to bring in my iPad to do Insanity workouts in the studio with the mirrors when there aren't classes. Great space to go hard at 530 in the morning!!
- Barre Assets - awesome ballet class, barre and floor barre. Love it - my new favorite!
- Looooove that this location used to be a Club H. Amenities are insanely great. :)
- Shhhhhhh don't tell anyone -> there's an outdoor sundeck. Would be nice if Crunch installed a pool... :op
- Sara F.June 2, 2013A little annoying that they make you leave your class to sign in for the next one instead of letting you do it all at once.

- Looking for a locker between 6:30 and 7:30 is like finding a parking spot at the Superbowl
- The Ride - John is awesome, sign up quick or else you will be assed out.
- I love this Crunch; it's spacious, clean, and relatively quiet.
- i've been training with bobby kiernan for 6 months - he's the best!
- Bring a book: You'll be waiting around to use your favorite machine.
- Albert, Bob and Mike are the bomb. Hit them up for boxing training and you'll be hooked.
- The three mile walk to the only drinking fountain counts as low-impact cardio.
- No towels lately and barely any locker space due to the new year's crowds.
- I train w Dan F. Hes the best and will make u work out to ur max
- Def no Club H but trying to keep an open mind -- we'll see...
- becky whiteJanuary 16, 2015this place sucks the worst crunch in manhattan come at your own risk .the people steal from the shelter down the block
- No space. Super cramped. Looks nice but not functional. Oh and they give out wrist band for classes! Really?
