Andrea JaramilloDecember 12, 2012Ugh avoid the rec during 2012-2013 if possible. The construction has this place a mess! Plus we have such nice trails in BoCo :)
Mat room next to machine weight room is open for use when there is no class in session. Excellent for stretching out, crunches, push ups, flips, etc.
I think today it might be hotter in the gym than it is outside...
Great place to find the frat boy of your dreams 5-7 weekdays
From the 8th - 15th of August you'll have to pay to get in..
