Yay! Had to change my dress the day after I ordered it. The store was very accommodating. Thank you Carol, Andrea B and Jian, LOL!!!!! My dress is beautiful.

Been here 5+ times
Helpers are double and triple booked. It's going to take 3x as long because the helper you made an appointment with will be also helping 1-2 walk-ins. :(

This place has always been a madhouse and the employees are in a hurry and not accommodating. The alterations dept is about the only redeeming thing here. Not a "say yes to the dress" experience.

Alterations can be done else wear for less money, much less time, and less frustration. I recommend Queen alteration in Roswell, but anywhere is better than here.

If you have to deal with alterations, be prepared to be frustrated. Can't even speak English enough to communicate with them. Horrible!
