- DDR MuseumFebruary 10, 2014Get in for the reduced entry fee when checked in with Foursquare! Read more
- Best Western Central EuropeJuly 15, 2011Learn more about daily live in the former German Democratic Republic with great displays, including a Trabi car, clothes, toys, etc.
- BzmtvnkSeptember 19, 2016It was interesting experience for me as USSR born guy. However I think that this place is not neutral as claimed. And I'm not idealizing DDR.
- Eliška KubátováOctober 27, 2014Nice interactive exhibition, little bit overcrowded. Reduce entrance fee for Foursquare check-in (4€ instead of 7€).
- Clayton PowersJune 11, 2012Check In here BEFORE going in and get a hefty 25% discount on admission. Well worth a visit btw.
- Lella FontanaJune 24, 2011Great place for children and school trips, fun for adult, too.. But everytime messy, too much people in a relatively little place
- Christian FabianOctober 15, 2014Nice little exposition. Maybe with a little touch of Western Propaganda
- Ryan TauerMarch 25, 2017The exhibits are informative and shed a tangible light over life in east Germany during the Cold War. However, the museum has a poor layout and feels overcrowded.
- Gemma GrauJune 9, 2014It is interesting but far too crowded to enjoy it and they kept selling tickets despite being full, not doing any effort to manage how many people are watching the exhibition at the same time
- Eric CKMay 20, 2013Faily interesting and tiny museum with too many visitors. Seems that they are placing fake reviews on Foursquare.
- Patrick TraczykowskiAugust 25, 2013Fascinating museum but very crampt in the height of summer tourist season!
- Chris NatoliSeptember 23, 2014Very kid oriented. Too much text and screens, not many artifacts. There were some interesting exhibits about life in the ddr.
- Martin KrchňákDecember 7, 2015Too many information for one visit. I like the interactive way of the museum.
- Emilia KuusistoNovember 15, 2016Lots of objects, basic information and things to do. Felt a bit childish, though.
- Gianluca PecoraroAugust 15, 20112 rooms with a lot of interesting information about former DDR, nothing of historical value though, there is no space for deep details: it is a "commercial" museum, a tourists attraction.
- Emilia AllonsoMay 30, 2017++ interactive , -- too much stuff without much connection of timeline to follow
- MähbuFebruary 24, 2013Take half an hour to visit the DDR-Museum and check in with foursquare to pay 4€ instead of 6€.
- Adrianna TanJune 17, 2010I went today and it's now my favourite museum in the world. Of all time. Really really fun. Read more
- Phat BuoyOctober 21, 2014Seriously overrated museum. The "interactivity" of the exhibits is disappointing. Not one for the tourists. The locals found it fascinating and rightly so, but I left massively underwhelmed.
- Great Food and drink in the restaurant! Some of the nicest staff you will ever meet!
- Super TsaarAugust 20, 2013This is a tourist trap. They let in so many people at once it becomes impossible to see anything. It's just two rooms stuffed with ordinary objects of the period, nothing special to see. Avoid.
