Though its located in the hotel, price is sooo reasonable. Look for Roger (Sr. Stylist)...never fails to amaze me of his creative short hair styles. All staff are super friendly and accomodating.

Im not sure if its true that you have to pay 20 pesos. I guess I will try this next time I stop though the other restroom (public cr) is so clean, well ventilated, and never ran out of water.
