United Ticket Counter agents are as unpleasant as always. Thank goodness for self-checkin and baggage drop.
Look for the gargoyle statues everywhere DIA. You would never know they are watching you unless you look up. Lol. Kinda creepy.

Avoid long united check in lines. Use a kiosk, take your boarding pass to the united.com bag check station. Saves 30-60 minutes-guaranteed
