- The food at the cafe is the best. In my opinion, the best on campus. Order quesadillas or a chicken caesar sandwich, both are amazing. You can't go wrong with a smoothie either!

- DePaul UniversityAugust 15, 2011Named for DePaul's legendary coach, the fitness center opened in 1999. Ray, 85, was on hand to dunk a basketball (with help from a stepladder). One of his players, NBA forward Tyrone Corbin, helped.
- Take a class of LaVar's, especially the Extreme Circuit one. He keeps changing the routine so you work out different parts and so it doesn't get boring.
- If you plan on talking on your cell phone on the treadmill stay home.
- If you have been doing the same workout for a while and expect different results we should talk. Work with a personal trainer and get the results you have been looking for.

- Mind and body classes are the best and at a reasonable rate - 3 month pass is this best for the area.
- People listening to their phones/iPods should also use the disinfecting wipes to clean their devices after working out! :)
- Heather's classes are the absolute best. If the older lady is subbing for her you'll wanna workout on your own

- The raquetball courts are great fun and the raquet rentals are free.
- If you time it right, the locker room smells like old bananas and sweaty underwear at the same time.
- Zumba with Julia is the best class ever. It's so much fun!

- Take a 5 week yoga or Pilates class. Most classes start the week of Feb 13. Register now.
- If you want to talk on your cell phone get off the treadmill. Let someone else who really wants to work out use it.
- Take Thurs. night Abs and Stretch w/ @hihaivu! You won't regret it :)
- Hope they bring back happy hour fitness. Best class ever!
- Don't lift in flip flops, Toms, etc. if you value your toes.
- Shane SweeneyApril 17, 2010Put away your weights when you're done with them! Nothing is more annoying than picking up a stack of 45lbs in the middle of a circuit lift.
- If you think you're a badass, do any class Heather teaches.
- Don't use the vending machine to purchase Gatorade. It takes your money and gives you nothing. You would have go to ID services to get your refund.
