A perfect, no frills hotel with clean rooms, clean bathrooms,, and a king bed. Its a great location for Disney; and there are a new water park and new restaurants within a mile to the east.
Good cost benefit. The breakfast is poor but you have coffee and tea 24 hours for free. Very important: if you deliver something at the front desk they charge you 5 dollars for each per package! 😱

Nice Place to stay. Don't let to know Mr. Chuck, Resort Manager, who is a most helpful and friendly person 
Wi-Fi was just recently upgraded and I can now get full signal no matter where I am in the building and stairwells
