- Melissa SmithJuly 13, 2014This place is delicious. A mix between traditional and Americanized tamales, the food is fresh, flavorful and light. They have a great selection of different styles. I'll be recommending to all!
- Tiffany CortezApril 26, 2015The tamales don't have a lot of meat. the sauces do give them lots of flavor but it's mainly all masa. The slow roasted Cuban pork had the most meat. Chipotle chorizo and potatoes had the best sauce.
- CJ FoodieAugust 30, 2014First time here! The tamales are all soo good, but watch out for the Atomic pork! Spicy!!! Try the "Not you Moma's Nachos" delish!! With the Garbanzo beans!!! It was the best! Affordable and friendly!
- Victoria GarciaSeptember 20, 2014The pepper goat cheese tamale is fantastic! The Atomic Pork was great! Nothing special about the Chicago Beef one... I didn't see the beef.
- All the tamales are amazing. My favorite is Chicago Italian Beef tamale. The garbanzo beans has 5 different pork products in it!! Mmmmm
- Francisco PerezMay 14, 2017Cuban pork and Chicago Beef tamales are my favorites. Rice, corn and garbanzo sides are delicious
- John StevensonJuly 29, 2013Their Red Sauce is amazing. They also cater. Super cute spot in East Pilsen, when you want something savory but light.
- Serious EatsSeptember 9, 2013Not all of the creatively topped tamales work, but some, like the Italian beef one, manage to hit the spot.
- Love the Italian beef tamale!!!! My kids devoured the chocolate peanut butter one!!!
- Come on in and try some of our Unique Tamales! They are all delicious. :-)
- Not authentic but still tasty. Try the Juicy Lucy and the apple pie.
- Frankie CorralMay 11, 2013Did not care for the tamales at ALL. If your looking for authentic tamales in the neighborhood just go down the street to La Casa del Pueblo $3.00 for 1 tamale? Pitch in another $3.00 and get a dozen.
- Liliana SSeptember 18, 2013I was very disappointed. The masa for the tamales was flavorless with no moistness to it, as they should be. I tried three:corn w bkj bean, the cuban and roasted peppers. Bleh. Will never return.
