Dan Brown: Great spin and group classes. Stay away from everything else though.

Dan Brown: Always under construction, so no one uses the weights. Fairly empty compared to other Goodlifes.

Dan Brown: Hot yoga classes are fun, go early to get a spot as they fill up quick.

Dan Brown: First floor: circuit, second floor: weights, third floor: cardio & mats. Have fun!

Dan Brown: Geoff is a great instructor. Get ready to feel like shit (in a good way, of course).

Dan Brown: They call it a "premium" goodlife but it's pretty standard. Nice high ceilings though.

Dan Brown: Good classes, better than most goodlifes. Also there's a snack bar.

Dan Brown: Valet parking. Good views...also nice vistas of the city.

Dan Brown: Expensive but amazing small group fitness classes. Try the boxing!

Dan Brown: Expensive downtown grocery store. Go to Kensington instead.

Dan Brown: Amazing locally sourced fish. Ask the staff for the stories behind the catch.

Dan Brown: Cheap, cheap, cheap beers. Did I mention cheap?

Dan Brown: Great patio, and there's a concert venue in the back. Keep an eye out on its website for acts.

Dan Brown: Hang out with lawyers at this fine establishment! Also, good burgers.

Dan Brown: Hang out with engineers if that's your thing. Also, FOOSBALL!!!!!!

Dan Brown: You can bring your dog. Good patio too.

Dan Brown: Great tasty French food. Keep an eye on the website for fixed price deals.

Dan Brown: Love this place. Great crowds, and sometimes they have country bands. Keep an eye on their website.

Dan Brown: Cash only, but great beer selection. Go to GRK or Brooklyn for some take out, and bring here for maximum enjoyment. Lack of kitchen = dogs galore.

Dan Brown: Sometimes Kanye comes here. Sometimes he doesn't. So take your chances.
