- Adrian GonzalezNovember 21, 2012Shitty Wifi connection but free at least. Hit the Oryx lounge for 45$ if you have a long connection. Worth the money pretty much.
- Ahmed MullaApril 23, 2010Try to get one of those tables where you can rest your feet on. They are regular tables but a bit low, really comfy if you ask me
- Dan SymonsJanuary 6, 2014Transfer buses are dire. Facilities are unbelievably busy. Wifi doesn't work and ALL security and boarding is painfully slow and inefficient. If you have the choice: fly Emirates and avoid Qatar.
- Clint HamadaJune 27, 2013There's a Costa Coffee over by gate 30. It's bound to be better than the swill they peddle at the A&W or elsewhere. I found it too late; hopefully you won't!
- Jonathan KongJune 1, 2011There's a electrical point at the center pillar of the food court, alongside the full height glass panels.
- HisaoMarch 21, 2013No boarding bridge directly from the terminal to the aircraft? Tiring if you are transiting. Premier Lounge not impressive - just big and you have to line up in the queue for buffet during busy time.
- Rain TanSeptember 30, 2013Free wifi. Just log into the airport wifi and wait for it to complete logging in!
- TheBackpackrMarch 2, 2011If you have a Diners Club card or an Amex issued in the middle east, you can use the Oryx lounge on Level 1
- Armindo JuniorApril 7, 2013Check airplanes landings and transit close to you on big windows near Gate 36. Awesome!
- Nikki JackmanJune 7, 2011Need to sleep? Look for the mosque & next door is the 2 quiet rooms - you may get lucky and find a chair in the quiet to rest there...
- Nadine MonnierOctober 29, 2013WiFi is crap and washrooms are spoiled! If they want to be a 5 star airport there's a lot to do left!
- Wayne HannDecember 18, 2013They really desperately need to open the new airport. Almost no choices for restaurants unless you consider A&W a restuarant
- Gordon LauApril 11, 2012Free Wifi is unstable at times but a big plus. Ventilation in the smoking lounge is bad though. Dizzy in 2 minutes.
- Jojo FolayanJuly 24, 2013Free Wifi! Airport is so clean...plus it's a silent airport. read the screens!
- Tahseen ZadaNovember 8, 2013Free WiFi, crowded at night and not impressive duty free at the transit terminal...
- Ramadan does not apply for foreigners at the airport, restaurants are open, eating and drinking take place in public
- Deniz M.July 23, 2013I have never seen such a crowded airport..Different nationalities, different cultures..:))
- Hussein SalemMay 23, 2013Good in general but emirates staff is really bad maybe because its managed by other companies who don't care about cust satisfaction
- Usman BarqJuly 4, 2013Any suggestions what to do here at this airport...... only worthy for 1 hour stay..
- Try to rest any where any time until they move to the new airport
- JumanaAugust 16, 2012The food is really bad. No no no its sooooooo bad. The airport is packed with ppl. Its so stuffy. I paid 40$ for The O lounge and its way better then being put there to be honest. Airport rates 2/10
- Maria GFebruary 8, 2014Despite what's the info on their site, EU (Bulgarian in particular) passengers holding transfer tickets are not allowed to exit the airport.
- ChuckOctober 10, 2012Wifi sucks, plain & simple. I walked around trying to get a stronger signal & no go. It's a pretty basic airport, no frills that's for sure..
- Pican RachmatMarch 21, 2011Amazing architecture design..a combination between minimalist industrial style!
- Munawar JafferAugust 29, 2013Gate 1 area at terminal 2 vibrates. Like an earthquake. Unsettling. Loafs of trandit passengers herded through long zig zag quues. Noisy.busy.bland. awful airport, always has been.
- Mats LiljengrenApril 15, 2011Pay a visit to one of the smoking rooms. A small step for man, a huge step backwards for mankind.
- Kirti DhingraDecember 5, 2010Free wifi, free food and drinks at the food court if u are traveling Qatar airways. Airport is average, although a new one is coming up soon
- Free wifi, but very unreliable. And why is the weakest signal near the charging station??
- Remember: this is nothing but a second-class provincial airport. Do not let your blood boil at the collapse of International Airport standards. Namaste.
- Kathy WongMay 2, 2013And no more meal coupon for those who stay more than 5 hrs - effective from may 1 2013.
- Feby AristiavandanaJune 3, 2013Make sure if you transit in here is just for a while - dirty toilet, crowded... Anyway what u can expect from a temporary small dirty airport mike this - really not reccomended.
- Poor facilities. Unorganised (especially if you're transiting/transferring/changing flights/whatever they decide to put up on signboards) . Disgusting bathrooms. Small duty free.
- Saugar SainjuFebruary 15, 2012Wifi seems to work best in duty free area near the gold kiosk. But there are no chairs there so it's quite useless spot to hang around.
