- Don GaffordOctober 10, 2013Terrible customer service. Our car looked like it had been through a war before we drove it. Inside smelled like feet. Take LOTS of pictures of any damage before you leave the lot. You will need them.

- Bob RudderowMarch 18, 2011AWFUL customer service. Didn't find our reservation until we dug out the number, it was the wrong car and still unready, and upon exchange for correct car 2 hrs later claimed we had "scratched" it.
- D KMay 11, 2011They charge you a fee for returning the car early even if you tell them before you rent the car. Not pleased with their service.
