- Update about the loose lug wheel nuts: Talked to Marlon, the service manager and did more to satisfy an angry customer by providing with new wheel locks and cleaned in and out my Rav4. I am impressed

- I was so amazed when they service my Rav4. Now, that I have to change my ordinary tires to winter tires, I have found out that the wheel log nuts were not tightened losing 1 wheel locks at rear right.
- Jagdeep SinghMay 7, 2013When buying a car, also consider after sales service. This dealership is so big, they don't care. Very impersonal.
- Entering from Steeles is a pain. Look at coming from the "back way" ie Vic Park or Steelcase. It will save you a tonne of time.
- CandetteMay 16, 2014Avoid the so-called Valley Cafe. The salespeople like to eat, chat loudly and annoy paying customers waiting for car service. Especially one Italian guy who sings out loud like a mad man.
- So much attitude from the teenage girls at the service desk. Something as simple as a tire change will take over two hours. Don't bother asking for a shuttle, it won't ever show up
