- AlyssaSeptember 25, 2013Great place to see a show! But of course in Texas the summers are supper hot so be prepared to buy lots of expensive water or drink water from the creepy water fountains near the bathrooms.Upvoted Sep 8
- Featuring abundant free parking and a central locale, Gexa Energy Pavilion has become the default outdoor venue for most major concerts coming through the area.
- Phillip NguyenSeptember 11, 2014If you are facing the stag, hit up the left side for their food court. It has more selection of food and beverages
- David PittsAugust 21, 2015Lawn is navigable with a small group, but you'll still want to get there pretty early. Also bring cash for the beer hawkers, don't want to miss any tunes.
- katy ramseyMay 30, 2015Buy lawn seats! They are cheaper, it's hot under the regular seat section, you can bring a blanket, take off your shoes and dance like a free love child all night. It's the way to go!
- Scott TaylorAugust 6, 2016Outside the pavilion only 24 oz $13 beers. Inside 16 oz $9.50 beers from the "hawkers." The smaller beer a preferred option for some.
- House of BluesJuly 26, 2012Gexa has some amazing concerts coming up but just in case you're tired of the Texas heat House of Blues offers live music and air conditioning!
- Siw Shauni HaugerSeptember 7, 2014Ridiculously prices on beer and food, nice bathrooms, they have hawkers selling drinkables in the crowd.
- VH1July 22, 2010Many restaurants and lounges can be discovered within five miles and in some of Dallas' most popular dining neighborhoods including the Bishop Arts District and Knox-Henderson. – Team Live Nation
- Siw Shauni HaugerSeptember 8, 2014Beverages are ridiculously priced, so is food. Decent bathrooms & lots of them, hawkers sell drinkables in the crowd.
- Ray LopesAugust 27, 2016The audience layout is wierd, but the sound is pretty good. Beer is expensive. It literally took me 2 hours to leave the parking lot after the Blink 182 show in July.
- Ciera OtteAugust 8, 2015I was at the 5SOS concert and I was on the lawn but i could still see! It was amazing
- Diane CsehilSeptember 10, 2019Hubby and I saw my Goo s June 28th the weather was really bad we drove 5 hours from San Antonio where we live our seats were pretty far back luckily we got to move up closer.☺👍
- Only legit tickets from Gexa are at Livenation.com and Ticketmaster.com. Don't buy from people in parking lot.
- It's 101°. Why aren't the fans blowing full blast above the covered seating?? It's stagnant heat. Terrible. Come on Gexa. You can do better. We're having heat stroke!.
- Nice venue. You can enjoy the show no matter if your in the pit or on the lawn. Drinks are overpriced and it takes forever to get to the bathroom though
- Kristen JohnsonMay 11, 2015Came to see Lana Del Rey and Courtney Love. Great venue but because of "thunderstorms" which never came, the show was canceled before Lana even came on. How disappointing.
- Keith AndersonAugust 4, 2013You can bring water in with you if the bottles are still factory-sealed at the door.
- Brianne WheelerDecember 5, 2011I love this venue for bigger concerts! It's a lot of fun if the weather is nice!
- Just have a good time! Drink plenty of water! Gets HOT!

- Want to save money on the over priced alcohol? Have your girlfriend smuggle some shooters in her over the shoulder boulder holder!
- Lindsay MosesAugust 3, 2013The so called "security" aka mall cops can go FUCK themselves. Even though lawn chairs are permitted they wanted to raise a fucking stink telling me they aren't allowed and drinks are a ripoff.
- Hope you get touched this weekend by God at acquire the fire, strive after his glory in your life
