Very specious rooms, the ones with balconies are breath taking. Excellent reception but the towels needs updating.Upvoted Dec 5, 2024
Quite torn about this place: +excellent ambience; antiquated look & feel, sea-view, variety of meals. -lousy staff, the restaurant wasn't even busy,& mixed quality of food.I say try it once at least

Alanoud AdelSeptember 21, 2018This is what you get for a pineapple fresh juice its all water and sugar and the plastic cup wasn’t helpful and I nicely asked for some ice with it, he told me this is a fresh juice ! So rude

T KhNovember 7, 2019I had my wedding in the garden venue. It was lovely. But I had to deal with two horrible and incompetent ladies on Reception area - Gigi and Melanie. They need to be trained.
it is really difficult to directly walk in and find the entrance. unfortunately even in 24th floor junior suit there was a bad smell in the bathroom.
