Neil MartinezAugust 15, 2013Rooms feel a little dated but very convenient to mall if you are addicted to Dave & Buster's and need a place to crash after all that wild fun!
Comfy bed - standard Doubletree sweet dreams bedding. Hotel and room layout are identical to an Embassy. Microwave and fridge in all suites and separate bedroom and living room. Decent hotel.

Under new mgmt. Slight changes, like a Managers reception on Tuesdays, similar to what embassy suites does. Between dtree and courtyard, go dtree. Courtyard is... Not great.- Very friendly staff. Sonya at the front desk is awesome!

Steven CragoJune 29, 2017I'm a HHonors Lifetime Diamond member and am very disappointed. My closet door was broken, no hand towels, no wash cloths, and the floor was filthy. I won't be back
