- Lexy HaynesMarch 22, 2015Great service here. Ask for earplugs for some of the rooms, downtown is noisy. The Japanese garden on top of the building is lovely! Use uber for nearby trips, the taxis are expensive around here.
- Rea EangMarch 18, 2012Best views of DT LA and the mountains! & The Garden is amazing! Really nice bar and restaurant, but uncomfy beds, very few amenitiies, city is TOO noisy late night-morning. Close to EVERYWHERE!

- Kerwin McKenzieFebruary 22, 2013WiFi is free in the lobby. If you are Gold or Diamond it's free in room. If you are nice, you may also get it free :)
- Brunno CâmaraApril 11, 2013When you check in you get a free cookie. If you happen to want more ask them and you'll get. Once they gave me five at once.
- DHR.comMay 3, 2012You can have drinks, watch sports events, or simply hang out at the hotel's Rendezvous lounge, which is open every night.
- Raul DzSeptember 17, 2010This place is actually very nice. Had a few snags at check in but totally not their fault after all. It's very relaxing here. I'd visit again.
- Mia AbellarJuly 8, 2013Cannot believe they don't have a pool or hot tub! What kind of place is this???? The gardens are nice, but we can't swim in the ponds so yeah, ugh!!!
