- Jason QuarisaNovember 13, 2017Lovely hotel with plenty of space and facilities. Huge modern dining room and excellent breakfast. Rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable.
- Ali KurtOctober 18, 2018Make sure you get a room at one of the rooms close by to the restaurant side.if you get rooms ending with 340 and so on don’t forget anything in the room otherwise you have to walk at least 100m back

- Nice little leisure centre here. Very small sauna and steam room but both nice and hot. Bring flip flops to cope with the inch of skanky water in the steam room.
- Paul BNovember 3, 2013Get to breakfast early to avoid the queues. It's buffet, and you'll queue for a table, then queue for a coffee, then queue for food.
- Beth HallApril 6, 2015Big room but not much of an atmosphere. Music on repeat drove us mad and the breakfast wasn't the best. Great if your an OAP
- john plackettJuly 16, 2013Careful in hot weather- the rooms get stupidly hot and there's no air con. Only a fan provided.
- Shocking. Poor quality rooms, lax service and very expensive for what you get. They need to get over themselves - its Cheltenham not New York!
- Benjamin HennigSeptember 9, 2016Avoid at all circumstances, it's an overpriced version of a bad Travelodge
