- DHR.comMarch 21, 2012Loved for excellent service and ideal location, this London hotel is just a few minutes away from London attractions like the Covent Garden, Leicester Square, Piccadilly Circus, and Oxford Street.
- Damian BayonaJune 28, 2019Good location on a quiet part of London. Next to British Museum and the Holborn tube. Walking distance to Trafalgar, Leicester and Piccadilly. Good for those that plan on spending most time exploring.

- Debby LeeSeptember 28, 2014Yummy breakfast and the cookie is to die for :) great service and great location in London
- Good location, nice lobby, rooms are small but overall clean and comfortable. Would stay here again
- Top10December 18, 2014A real solid, central London hotel where rooms are cosy but fitted with everything you need.
- Muhammed YildizJanuary 27, 2018Friendly staff - great location- standard room too small. Go for the upgrade
- Really cold rooms (I'm stayed in deluxe). Old and broken air systems in doesn't help you. Prepare warm socks and t-shirts.. NY will be extremely cold if you're going to celebrate it here. :)
- Jonny McCormickSeptember 4, 2016I've stayed here about a half dozen times and never once had a good experience. I've given up. Air conditioning broken, rooms untidy, shower broken, the list goes on...
- The welcome cookie was godly. Why is the entire world not funding welcome cookies?? Though honestly their (executive) rooms aren't very impressive and service at the lobby is snappy and pretty crappy
- To be honest not seen any of the issues already described. Room was nice, bed comfortable, atmosphere good.
- My whole floor is under construction and torn apart. Fire alarms have gone off multiple times. Cleaning lady just walked into my room unannounced and instead of leaving, started arguing with me.
- nym LDecember 23, 2014the air conditioner is broken in the room and cannot be fixed right...because there is some leak in the window, i have to require a electronic heater to keap warm. besides, single room is really tiny
- Great to have access to the executive lounge with HHonors upgrade.
- marc duffySeptember 4, 2013Update to my earlier 'Tip' - they moved me to a new room (with air con) without any drama.
- Jo HomerDecember 18, 2011Handy to have a tesco express right next door, waking up with a hangover and needing tablets helps
- BRX Breakfast Networking here every Thursday morning! Join the group and get more business!!
- Teeny weeny bathroom and for god's sake...this is 2012 so why still charge for WIFI
- Andy PiperFebruary 2, 2012Bar staff don't seem to know their whiskies - asked for a Highland, got an Islay...
- marc duffySeptember 4, 2013Tiny room with no working air con (its unbelievably hot) and a load of used condom wrappers and what looks suspiciously like an old drugs packet on the outer window sill. Horrible.
- AlexandraJune 30, 2010Beats the Waverley House Hotel. Good room size. More amenities. Have to pay for wireless though.
- Lobby is great and modern. My room was a dump. Bed was so uncomfortable it felt like I was camping in a tent. Now I need a chiropractor.
- The outrageous price of the Internet worth it for
www.rockthebox.org - Muy buena ubicacion, habitacion confortable, muy buen trato del helpdesk y de todo el personal del hotel, cumple perfecto el balance de precio-beneficio. Y la cookie de bienvenida es muy rica.
