- Stacy StuberSeptember 23, 2013Free shuttle service provided within 1 mile radius (although we requested a 2 mile drop off and pick up and they were willing). Tip the driver!Upvoted Nov 13
- Lisa Justice-SperlingApril 8, 2014The employees are very helpful and kind. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The bed is extremely comfortable.
- Keri StoyleOctober 26, 2013We usually love it here. We stay here often, but Steve upon checking in wasn't very nice, because we booked through hotel.com this time.
- Lauren ChristopherMarch 30, 2019Clean, great service, prompt room service and it’s close to the convention center. Great deal!
- Jazmine AlexusMarch 15, 2018Really big and nice inside for visitors to the convention. Otherwise not in a convenient location and they’re disorganized
- Evan[Bu]November 2, 2011Once a former Holiday Inn, this DoubleTree really shines! Comfy beds, great pool area, and all the other amenities that you need!
- Island BruinAugust 28, 2016Location is great, but there are serious problems with service. We stayed 4 nights. The room was never cleaned before 5 pm, and twice that was only because we called down. Pass.
- Jean SmithJune 17, 2014Elevators are slow. Built in the 50's. They are working on them so no more then 7 people at a time! People got stuck over the weekend!!!!
- Sue AbramsDecember 6, 2011The hotel has improved in the last two years! Clean room, great service. Starbucks in hotel & great gym.
- I enjoyed my stay here...and loved the chocolate chips cookies ....
- Jason LarionFebruary 5, 2012The executive floor is very nice and quiet. Keeps out the riffraff from the lower floors. :-)
- Holly MountJune 22, 2010Off the "Eat Right" menu, the Southwestern Chicken-cilantro soup is delicious, as is the Smoked Turkey Spinach wrap (which was a huge portion).
- Be sure to check out the great view of Cleveland Browns Stadium in the back!
- Tommy OApril 28, 2012Free shuttle takes you around dntwn Cleveland if needed. Short walk to attractions
- Very difficult to figure out where the hotel entry and parking was. Then after all that trouble, I didn't even get my famous chocolate chip cookie. Sad.
- TeaBellySeptember 12, 2011A bit forgetful when it comes to giving you your cookie, you may have to ask for it...
- britt toblerJuly 15, 2010Chicken quesadilla is awesome and the salsa is perfect! Not too mild, not too spicy
- Had a great bachelor party here. Highly recommend it.
- sasha williamsNovember 5, 2011Free cookies but doesn't warn guest they contain nuts. Ppl with nut allergy be aware
- Joanna PoeAugust 7, 2015Paper thin walls. I spent the night listening to my neighbor snore, and management still won't contact me to discuss a partial refund or points. Very disappointing.
- Alyssa SmithJanuary 15, 2012It is nice having a bar downstairs, but when you're actually trying to sleep the drunks keep you up. Not okay.
- Justin DutcherFebruary 28, 2012Horrible service. I will NEVER stay here again because of this. The women at the lobby counter were just plan rude, and looked like they just rolled out of bed.
- Bree NelsonOctober 4, 2010Realllly small rooms, rowdy and drunk crowds. Gross overall, would never comee back and wish I didn't stay at all!
