Maker of one of the BEST TEAS EVER.Bouquet des Fleurs No. 18, Imperial Blend, Darjeeling No. 37 are a couple of my favorites.
Be adventurous. Pick up a different tea every time. They have a great selection of classic teas and blends.

Excellent breakfast and lunch combo deals. Must try the Florentine quiche, and giant macaron (Cassis). If you're an Oreo cookie fan. then go for the TKO. Thomas Keller has a nice take on this!

Spacious area for outdoor dining & great people watching. For brunch - the burger. Fresh lemonade or a glass of red wine (make it French!) to pair w/it. Also the terrine & tapenade are delicious!
French wines & French food! Very cozy table seating. Best place is at the bar. Food is small plates that you can share or eat by yourself. Escargot and the casseroles are good choices.
This UWS gem has a fantastic selection of quality wines - French, Italian, Spanish, German, etc. Wine Spectator's James Molesworth visits often!
Finally French Country Cooking in NYC! I like the Escargots de Bourgogne, Confit de Canard, and if you're dining for two or more, the Poulet Fermier Rôti (Roast Chicken for 2 or 3) is wonderful!
