For our 2011 vintage, we harvested and fermented malbec, counoise, zinfandel, and petite sirah from the horse heaven hills ava, mourvedre from the sierra foothills shenandoah valley ava, and our first bit of pinot noir and chardonnay for co-fermentation from the eola hills ava.

Everything is resting in barrel right now, getting a stirring every now and again.In fall, we released 3 offerings from the 2010 vintage:

2010 Enso Malbec

Dark plums and black pepper

2010 Enso Mourvedre

Venison and violets in the nose and a savory finish that lingers all night long

2010 Enso Zinfandel

Strawberry and fig jam with the minerality that co-fermenting with petite sirah brings

Resonate Rose 2

Pinot noir, willamette valley, or, 50 cases produced notes: summer in a glass? Perhaps! This dry rose is full of ripe strawberries with a hint of leather and spice. A great way to celebrate the lengthening of the days.

Resonate White 4

Muller-thurgau, anne amie vineyards, willamette valley, or, 100 cases produced notes: a deliciously drinkable white wine. Aromas of peach skin and cantaloupe with delicate floral tones as well. A burst of fruit with just a touch of sweetness for the finish.

Resonate Red 6

67% grenache / 33% merlot, rouge valley, or 72 cases produced notes: this is a serious resonate, more akin to the wines of southern france than the northwest. Dusty black pepper balanced by subdued red fruit tones. A lingering mineraly finish. An amazing expression of the cool 2011 vintage!
