- Kristine PradoDecember 22, 20125k service for my Prius took almost 2 hours. My car was ready after 1 hour, and they didn't bother to let me know until I went up to the cashier TWICE. Do NOT get your Toyota serviced here.
- Got here at 3:15 for a 3:30 Wednesday appointment that was gonna be an hour and a half. Now it's past 5:30 and I'm still waiting.
