The wine speaks to the olfactory system with whispers of perfume and wide valleys filled with wild flowers. On the palate this sauvignon blanc introduces itself with notes of freshly picked asian pear. Flavors of sliced apricots and a drizzle of honey soon follow while notes of slightly sweetened vanilla round out the finish.

Envy’s estate‏ cabernet is a sensory experience, beginning on the nose with the aromas of dark berries, sugar and spice, luscious cocoa, sweet vanilla and a hint of cinnamon stick. The cabernet is a delicate balance of flavors with lush cherry and plums dancing on your tongue. The finish folds into silky layers of tasty walnuts and a touch of holiday spices, ending with soft mellow tannins.

375 ml made in a classic sauterne style made with late harvest semillon and sauvignon grapes. This stunning wine speaks to the senses initially by the presence of its heavenly golden color. The experience continues to delight as a small taste brings up notes of spring apricots, pistachios, sweet ripe peaches, and succulent honey drizzled pears. Our sweet and delectable wine ends with a light, fresh, elegant finish. A perfect pairing with cheeses, nuts, fresh or dried fruits or almost any dessert you plan to serve!

Yes it’s here already. Our little “buds” are breaking their way into the sunshine for what will hopefully be another fantastic growing season. We are so excited we decided to throw a party!!! We’ll be hosting our wine club members and partygoers in the back cellar with small bites and paella while listening to the musical styling’s of dog bone.
