This is most definitely the classiest and most elegant hotel in Zagreb. Excellent service, the staff is very professional and the rooms are to die for. Don't hesitate for a minute.

Sarah WiesmannAugust 25, 2018Beautiful esplanade! When you are in Zagreb, you have to stay here, The room was cozy. The dishes and the wine recommendation in Le Bistro and The zinfandel's was perfect and delicious.

Very nice hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms are clean & comfy, air condition works, WLAN was stable and fast. The restaurant Zinfandel's is excellent.

Fantastic hotel circa 1910. The staff is great. Each room has been different. And it's close to the city center.

Overrated !! Old furniture .. Very slow check in .. Outdated gym .. A bit away from the city center .. The only good thing is the concierge ..
I really recommend to try restaurant in the hotel! Food was best I have for long time! And service is wonderful!
