Quite possibly the greatest of the IHG brand hotels. Everything is amazing. Best bed, sheets, pillows, & room around. The cork floors are a great touch. They even have free loaner iPads if you need!

Breathtakingly AWFUL service. The staff can't resolve the most basic requests, like late checkout or missed housekeeping. Absolutely terrible communication and follow-through.

Está bonito el hotel, cómodo para viaje corto, no tanto para un viaje largo pues las habitaciones no tienen cajoneras pero si escritorio, pizarrón, cafetera, plancha y equipo de ejercicio
