Choice of boneless meat is marinated in house sauce and spices, roasted in tandoor oven, sliced and tossed with onion, green pepper, tomato, and cumin in hot oil.

The most favorite meat dish in Nepal. We get our goat meat fresh from farmers in Minnesota and surrounding states as well as from Australia. The meat is processed as halal (Islamic tradition) in USDA-certified facilities.

We use choice boneless tender lamb leg meat from New Zealand and Australia.

As per ethnic Nepali tradition, there is no beef on our menu. We do bring Tibetan flavor by using Minnesota grown yak meat produced at hooper's Christmas tree and yak ranch in cold spring, Minnesota. You wouldn't find this dish even in Nepal.

Nepal is a land-locked country with no access to sea-food. Our attempt to cook fish and shrimp curry may be amateurish but based on spice combinations we use on fish and prawn harvested from mountain streams and farmer's ponds.

Daal-bhaat is typical nepali combination meal enjoyed by visitors to nepal. You select two entrée dishes (one meat or fish or shrimp and one vegetable curry or two vegetable curries) and we will serve you with daal, dessert (kheer or jerri), achaar (relish), and rice at not extra cost. Daal-bhaat is what you get for breakfast, lunch, and dinner when you go trekking in nepal.

We brew specialty himalayan tea and regular coffee and spice them with ginger, cardamom, cloves, and cinnamon. Very soothing for both cold and warm seasons.

Arranged from light to full-bodied, following red wines are favored to complement the tastes of your choice of meat as well as veggies dishes including momo, tandoor dishes, and curries.
