Watch how management treats their employees... also their food really isn't that great. Easily the worst restaurant ever. So many better places to get BBQ it's not even funny.

My ribs is better than this and owner is very unapproachable. Staff is professional but owner and families not. I always have to cook robs further at home. It looks raw and chewy.
