- SarahJanuary 5, 2013Laura gave an incredible facial, and she swapped out the hand/arm massage for neck/shoulders when I told her that area was really hurting. Don't skip the warm neck pillows in the relaxation room.
- Take any class with Bergen! Not for the faint of heart but she is a fantastic instructor. Her cardio classes are no joke, you will get your money's worth!
