Work your abs and relax your min. All by candlelight. In addition to an intentionally slow and deliberate abs routine you will stretch and tone your entire body, finishing with an oh-so-relaxing guided meditation.

New to dance? This class is for you! We make it easy. Using a series of simple moves and exercises we will train your body to grow accustomed to moving and make sure you have fun in the process. This is the perfect primer for those intimidated with regular dance classes but interested in fitness through dance. We’ve never met someone we couldn’t teach to dance… and we are up for any challenges! Minimal workout, more focus on instruction in this class.
Glee With Mie
Ever wanted to sing and dance like the characters on glee? Sweat it off as you use music and dance moves from the hit TV show, incorporate floor combinations and center exercises, and learn choreographed numbers! MiE Girls are even encouraged to sing along. Pole Ah Tease Sexy Core Workout
Plan on an intensely beautiful workout. This is 45 min of deep strength training with a blissful warm-up followed by all the exercises you need to shape your curves and train your body in the art of sensual dance. No pole or dance training – this is simply the workout. And, although pole ah tease classes are usually excluded from the Club MiE Girl membership and also a higher rate for drop-in. We let you have this one just like it’s a regular fitness class! Enjoy getting your sexy work-out on.
Ballroom Blast
You don’t need a partner to learn these sexy and vivacious ballroom dances. Each week you’ll explore new dances from the varied world of ballroom, such as the cha cha, samba, jive and many more! This workout takes classic sexy moves from your favorite music videos and incorporates them into a fat burning aerobic class that will get your heart pumping and your hips gyrating. Our curriculum is divided into 7 basic levels and 2 mater levels, each level is 6 weeks long. Additionally, there are multiple versions of our 7th level so L7 graduates have the option to continue their weekly fun… and at a highly discounted rate. During those 7 levels you learn many gorgeous styles of dance and learn over 100 moves on the pole! We offer beginner acrobatic courses in our Master Levels: 8 9. We also offer our weekly “Playground” course for upper level students (level 4 and up) that can be taken after, in addition to or instead of our upper level courses.

Teaser (Intro)Class
Want to try out our Pole ah Tease sensual pole dancing classes before you commit to a full session? No problem! Our Teaser class is just like a regular beginner class: guided meditation with deep stretch, workout, pole tricks and then a super sexy dance routine. Come in workout attire - comfy pants with tank or t-shirt. We’ll be barefoot (heels come later!) and please don’t use lotions or oils the day of class so you don’t slip slide off the pole.
Pole Ah Tease 6wk Journy Courses
Learn the art of sensual dance in this progressive series of classes leveled 1-9. Each class begins with an inspiring Kundalini Yoga warm-up followed by a simple workout that trains all the right body parts needed to be successful in the course. In every level you will build and improve your sensual dance skills on the pole, floor, chair, wall and also learn to bring out your Inner Goddess full of sultry, sassy tease. (195 without early bird special)

Cabaret Pole Dance Classes
Dim the lights and start the music as the crowd quiets in excited anticipation… it’s time for the twirly girls to take the stage! Sexy dance routines, poles, flirty costumes and twirlesque
In just 6 weeks you will get to learn a sexy ‘lil dance routine that includes fun spins and tricks on the pole, get all dressed up in costume and perform with your peers plus take lots of fun pics. You even have the option to perform at a sassy mie soiree event! (participation in all costuming and performances is optional – you will still enjoy the class without. Performances may be photographed and/or filmed for use online, by choosing to participate during photos/filming you consent to appear online). All costume and music information will be provided the first day of class. Wear basic workout wear to class and be ready to have a good time.
Cabaret Pole Dance Classes: Twirlesque Beginner Level Courses
The choreography is action packed and gorgeous but easy to learn and the moves on the pole are similar to those used in Levels 1and2 of our Pole~ah~Tease courses, with a bonus move here and there. There are 4 different beginner-level courses (Sassafrass, Bellylicious, Risque Ballet and Moxie Burlesque) and we recommend taking all of them before moving on to the intermediate courses (required=2).

Welcome to the scrumptious world of Burlesque - ette. In every Burlesque - ette 6 week course you will learn a fun, flirty and outright sexy routine. We’ll teach you to tease and tantalize, to wink and shimmy, to peel and pose… transforming you into a sexy starlette, MiE style.
Bombay Charmers
Come experience the exotic, colorful and exuberant world of Bollywood dance by joining the Bombay Charmers. You will learn a sultry, graceful, and lively dance routine and have the opportunity charm the ankle bells off the audience at a Sassy MiE Soiree. You’ll also get to deck yourself out like a true Bollywood Goddess in beautiful cholis, lehengas, saris and bindis.
Hoop La La
Hula hooping is a playful way to have fun, build strength and get fit. It is also a way to refine the art of hurling flying objects around your body. In this course you will learn a full arsenal of impressively hoopy-loopy tricks and build them into a dance routine. As with all LalaLicious courses, this is a Beg/Int class – no experience is necessary. However, we recommend taking the Club MiE Girl hula hooping class first to become comfortable with adult hula hoops.
Foxy Fosse
If you have ever dreamed of being a showgirl or a rockette you will love being a Foxy Fosse girl. We start with some broadway theatrics, add a little smooth jazz and finish things off with a pinch of sultry sexiness to create a course that is sure to leave you breathless.
Ballet Belle
One part graceful ballet, one part elegant lyrical and always with a unique twist from modern dance. Ballet Belle is one heck of a gorgeous combo. Come and learn just how much fun it is to channel your inner nutcracker and we’ll all dance the night away together.

In each lalalicious 6 week course you will learn and perfect a fabulous routine. On graduation week you’ll get all dressed up in costume and perform with your peers for video. You even get to perform at a sassy mie soiree event – all your besties can come and see! (participation in all performances is optional – you will still enjoy the class without. Performances will be photographed, filmed and used online. By participating in pictures and/or filming you consent to appear online).
